Welcome to the Seminole Tribal Court


The Constitution of the Seminole Tribe of Florida, at Article X, vests the judicial powers of the Seminole Tribe of Florida in the Seminole Tribal Courts. 

The Seminole Court consists of a Trial Court and an Appellate Court.  The Seminole Courts have broad civil jurisdiction to hear cases and controversies that are brought before the Court.
